A committee hearing was held this morning, February 21, regarding a proposed resolution requesting the City Mayor of Davao City to create a Technical Working Group to assist the Davao City Investment Promotion Center in strengthening Davao City's international relations. The resolution was proposed by councilor Rachel Zozobrado, chair of the committee on International Relations.
